Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب الصيد والذبائح باب ما جاء فى قتل الوزغ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِى صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ وَزَغَةً بِالضَّرْبَةِ الأُولَى كَانَ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً فَإِنْ قَتَلَهَا فِى الضَّرْبَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ كَانَ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً فَإِنْ قَتَلَهَا فِى الضَّرْبَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ كَانَ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً. قَالَ وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَسَعْدٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ شَرِيكٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "Whoever kills a gecko from the first blow earns a certain amount of recorded merits (1). If one kills it from the second blow, one earns a certain amount of recorded merits; and if one kills it from the third blow, one earns a certain amount of recorded merits (2)."
